Pot Hanging Cowls

USES
The Pot Hanging Cowls has two main functions :-
(1) Allows the chimney liner to be installed without removing the pot
(2) The straps on the outside provide a clamping system to the chimney pot.
Pot Hangers with integral cowls also provide rain protection or even prevent anti downdraught problems at the top of the stack.

INSTALLATION
To attach the flue liner to the Pot Hanger, release the inner jubille clip and push the 3 straps away from the centre mandrel. Insert the mandrel into the flue liner and push the flue liner up fully until it won't move anymore. Now tighten the jubille clip.

Install the flue liner as per normal fitting instructions.

Once the liner is in position release the outer jubille clip, now let the Hanger drape over the chimney pot. Now tighte the jubille clip so it is securely held against the chimney pot.

TRIPLELOCK flexible flue liner is designed for use with gas and 28-second oil fired appliances, and to accomodate temperatures not exceeding 260 degrees.

Manufactured in a single skin of 316L stainless steel. It has a rolled and crimped seam featuring a triple locking process.

Comes with a range of accessories, and is available in 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 180mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 350mm and 400mm diameters.

HD Flex Introduction, Application, Approvals, Designation, Installation & Prep, etc

HD-FLEX (Heavy Duty) is a flexible twin-skinned stainless steel flue lining with a smooth inner wall, and a riged convoluted outer wall (to aid bending).

As the name suggests the flue liner is manufactured from two strips of raw material, the wider of the two forms the convoluted outer, whilst the inner froms the smooth inner wall. The joint or seam is constructed using a complex folded seam which uses more material than other systems, this then makes the joint extremely strong.

The system has been designed to upgrade existing chimneys which have failed, or for used to increase the performance of the flue.

Manufactured in two skins of either 316L grade

or two skins of 904L grade
or inner skin of 904L and outer skin of 316L

Comes with a range of accessories, and is available in 125mm, 150mm, 180mm and 200mm diameters.

Quattro DS Installation & Prep, Introduction, Application, Approvals, Designation, etc

Quattro-DS (double strip) is a flexible twin-skinned stainless steel flue lining with a smooth inner wall, and a riged convoluted outer wall (to aid bending).

As the name suggests the flue liner is manufactured from two strips of raw material, the wider of the two forms the convoluted outer, whilst the inner froms the smooth inner wall. The joint or seam is construtructed using a triplelock dovetail folded seam, to make this joint extremely strong.

The system has been designed to upgrade existing chimneys which have failed, or for used to increase the performance of the flue.

Manufactured in two skins of either 316L grade (System MF5),

or two skins of 904L grade (System MF18H),
or inner skin of 904L and outer skin of 316L (System MF18M)

Comes with a range of accessories, and is available in 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 180mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 350mm and 400mm diameters.

Quattro SS Introduction, Application, Approvals, Designation, Packaging.

Quattro SS Introduction, Application, Approvals, Designation, Packaging.

Quattro-SS (single strip) is a flexible twin-skinned stainless steel flue lining with a smooth inner wall and a convoluted riged outer wall (to aid bending).

As the name suggests the flue liner is made from strip of raw material, which is bent in half to form a smooth inner wall, and a convoluted outer wall. Being formed from one peice of steel means the joint or seam (which is the weakest point) is extremely strong.

The system has been designed to upgrade existing chimneys which have failed, or for used to increase the performance of the flue.

Manufactured in two skins of either 316L grade (System MF35) or 904L grade (System MF36)

Comes with a range of accessories, and is available in 80mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 180mm, 200mm, 250mm and 300mm diameters.
